The French connexion: LOFAR/LOIS activities in France

Abstract

There is some definite interest in the French scientific community to participate in the LOFAR and LOIS projects, as well on the technical as on the scientific aspects. Some proposal has been made and will be discussed during a prospective workshop during spring 2003. We shall present the present status of activities related to LOFAR and LOIS in France.
